Enhance patient care as a Part‑Time Medical Imaging Sonographer at Medcan in downtown Toronto. Conduct ultrasound exams every Saturday following strict safety and quality protocols. You will prepare examination rooms and ultrasound equipment, review patient histories, and perform a variety of ultrasound examinations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare exam rooms and equipment for ultrasound examinations
- Review patient medical history and perform required exams
- Operate ultrasound equipment and conduct quality control checks
- Document findings and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with clinic teams to enhance patient experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience performing various ultrasound exams
- Experience in breast and transvaginal sonography required
- CMRITO membership and ARDMS certification needed
- Strong communication skills and teamwork capability
- Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
