You will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing treatment plans for patients with complex care needs, enhancing overall service excellence in the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design individualized treatment plans for patients

• Engage in patient education and support

• Facilitate teamwork within an interdisciplinary setting

• Participate actively in clinical evaluations and patient rounds

• Assist in administrative tasks and training for peers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy required

• Must be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

• Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred

• Ability to achieve required certification scores

• Readiness to provide coverage across various units
