Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive care to hemodialysis patients while facilitating their understanding and engagement in their health journey. Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to meet Ontario Renal Network goals and enhance quality assurance initiatives. This role supports a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee care for hemodialysis patients
• Educate and follow up with all patients
• Assist in quality assurance tasks
• Perform additional RPN responsibilities as needed
• Enhance patient involvement in their treatment
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited RPN program
• Current registration with Ontario's College of Nurses
• 1-2 years of acute care experience required
• Hemodialysis experience preferred
• Valid BCLS certification needed
