Position: UHN Cardiac Sonographer Vacancies

At the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, you will be involved in providing high-quality cardiovascular care and diagnostics. Your experience in cardiac ultrasound will allow you to contribute effectively to our world-class program, known for handling complex cases. Participation in teaching and safety initiatives is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute ultrasound imaging as per protocol

• Manage and troubleshoot imaging equipment effectively

• Create detailed reports for documentation

• Provide support in enhancing patient care

• Contribute to quality and safety programs

Requirements:

• Completion of a post diploma Cardiovascular Principles program

• Two years of relevant ultrasound experience

• B.C.L.S. Level II certification mandatory

• CMRITO registration and Sonography Canada or ARDMS certification

• Strong hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills
