In this role, you will prepare and implement therapeutic programs, participate in care team meetings, and oversee OTA/PTA students. Responsibilities also include maintaining clinical documentation, ensuring the adequacy of therapeutic supplies, and adhering to safe practice standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate individual and group therapeutic sessions
• Attend interprofessional care meetings regularly
• Supervise OTA/PTA students as required
• Complete necessary clinical documentation accurately
• Monitor inventory of supplies and therapeutic equipment
Requirements:
• Diploma from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of rehabilitation practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in a clinical rehabilitation setting preferred
