This temporary full-time position is part of the Withdrawal Management Services team. You will develop therapeutic relationships and assess client needs while ensuring a safe environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Foster therapeutic relationships with clients seeking treatment

• Conduct assessments on mental health and substance use

• Maintain the therapeutic atmosphere in the program

• Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Services or related field required

• Experience in addictions counselling is a plus

• Knowledge of therapeutic practices and community resources

• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in digital documentation systems and MS Office
