Job Description

Are you looking for an engaging, professionally driven clinical setting where you can make a real impact on patient outcomes? Foundation Physiotherapy is seeking an Orthopedic and/or Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Etobicoke. This role is a replacement position with an established, active caseload.

Compensation & Growth Potential
  • Aim to earn $100,000+ annually (Full-time: 35 available hours, 80% booked, 80% retention)
  • Compensation starting at $75 per client hour
  • Base hourly and base + commission models available during caseload build
  • Up to $1,500 per quarter in performance bonuses
  • Guaranteed yearly compensation increases*
  • Health Spending Account and extended health benefits

* Opportunities to advance into senior associate and paid mentorship roles are available based on performance.

Qualifications
  • Registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of private outpatient experience preferred
  • Pelvic Health applicants must have completed or be registered in Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct physiotherapy care as a primary care provider
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop effective treatment plans
  • Deliver an exceptional clinical and customer service experience
  • Build and maintain a loyal, engaged caseload
  • Recognize and initiate appropriate referrals
  • Support patient adherence to treatment plans
