The ideal candidate for this Medical Affairs Lead position will possess a strong background in dermatology and extensive pharmaceutical experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medical affairs strategy for Galderma’s pivotal therapies

• Foster team performance and talent development among MSLs

• Conduct high-level scientific exchanges and advisory boards

• Oversee development of evidence generation studies

• Ensure consistent adherence to Health Canada compliance

Requirements:

• Advanced life sciences degree (PhD, PharmD, MD)

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech medical affairs

• Experience in dermatology/immunology essential

• Strong leadership and KOL engagement experience

• Bilingual in English/French is advantageous
