Position: Scarborough Personal Support Worker Needed
Spectrum Health Care is hiring Personal Support Workers in Scarborough for full time and part time roles. Provide vital support and compassion to patients in their daily routines.

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) at Spectrum Health Care, you will be pivotal in delivering care to patients in facility settings. This role involves assisting with day-to-day activities and addressing patient needs as they arise. Your work will ensure that patients remain safe and comfortable during their recovery journey or while aging in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with personal care and daily living tasks

• Continuously assess and meet changing patient needs

• Execute tasks under the supervision of a Home Support Supervisor

• Travel between patients’ residences and facilities

• Communicate Total Care resources to patients as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent

• Physical capability to meet job demands

• Proficient in delivering quality personal care and service

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification

• Strong English communication skills, additional languages respected
