Weekend Personal Support Worker

The Care Company is seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers in Toronto/GTA for weekends and holidays. Help seniors thrive at home while providing personalized care and support.

You will play a key role at The Care Company, providing essential services on weekends to assist clients. This role demands strong communication skills, the ability to support daily living activities, and a caring approach to personal hygiene and mobility needs. We are looking for friendly, self-driven candidates who are available for ongoing weekly schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care as per individualized care plans

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Support clients with daily living activities and mobility

• Ensure client safety and document care accurately

• Communicate effectively with clients and their families

Requirements:

• PSW certification or equivalent medical qualification

• Valid Criminal Record Check and TB Test

• CPR/First Aid and WHMIS certifications

• Reliable access to a vehicle preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
