Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinic operations and enforce service standards

• Coordinate team training and scheduling for optimum performance

• Support sales initiatives and track team performance metrics

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and product records

• Resolve patient questions and issues efficiently

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years in an optical or healthcare setting

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Familiar with inventory tracking and optical services

• Strong detail orientation and communication skills

• Comfortable using clinic management tools, Jane App is a plus
