Position: Ng Siu Chan Care Centre PSW Role
Join Ng Siu Chan Care Centre as a Personal Support Worker and support residents through daily activities.

Your role is vital in delivering personal care and building a nurturing environment.

In this position, you will assist with residents’ daily needs while fostering their independence. You will collaborate closely with nursing staff and provide essential emotional support. Your input into care plans will help ensure resident well-being, making this a fulfilling role in long-term care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in nursing by observing resident changes

• Provide personal care during daily living tasks

• Promote residents' social and cognitive well-being

• Communicate effectively with the care team

• Maintain documentation of care services

Requirements:

• Completion of an approved PSW program in Ontario

• Experience in long-term care is an asset

• Must possess a valid CPR certificate

• Health and Supportive Care Providers registration preferred

• Strong initiative in problem-solving and teamwork
