Registered Behaviour Analyst

Position: Full-Time Registered Behaviour Analyst Needed
Monarch House is seeking a full-time Registered Behaviour Analyst to implement ABA interventions for children with developmental disabilities within the GTA. Utilize your skills in assessment and behavior plan development to make a lasting impact.

As part of a collaborative environment, you will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and supervise ABA initiatives to enhance client skill acquisition.

Your role will involve teaching and providing feedback to both the ABA Therapists and students, ensuring the application of best practices. Outstanding interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess caregiver priorities alongside client needs

• Develop and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans

• Conduct Functional Analyses and assess treatment efficacy

• Mentor and supervise junior staff and students

• Facilitate communication between clients, families, and professionals

Requirements:

• 2+ years working with children with ASD or related disabilities

• BCBA certification and relevant master's degree required

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for travel

• Experience with leading Functional Analyses and assessments

• Clear police check for vulnerable sector
