Sleep Study Technician

Position: Sleep Study Technician Role
Elevate clinical research with Centricity Research as a Sleep Study Technician in Toronto. Your focus will be on participant care, data accuracy, and protocol adherence in sleep studies.

In this position, you will conduct and monitor multiple types of sleep studies, ensure participant readiness and comfort, and operate advanced sleep technology equipment. You will also work closely with the research team to maintain protocol compliance while documenting findings accurately and responsively managing any critical events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attach sensors and prepare participants for sleep analysis

• Conduct polysomnographies and other sleep tests as per guidelines

• Continuously monitor participant conditions during studies

• Document all data thoroughly and properly disinfect equipment

• Work flexible hours to accommodate study requirements

Requirements:

• Registration as a Sleep Technician (RPSGT or RST preferred)

• Experience with PSG systems and sleep study protocols

• Knowledge in EEG, ECG, and plethysmography operation

• Ability to react to patient emergencies competently

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
