Support Humber River Health’s Emergency Department as a Unit Aide in this temporary part-time position. Your contributions will be vital in providing quality care to our patients.
We invite applications for a Unit Aide who will help deliver exceptional services to over 110,000 patients a year. This role demands rotating shifts, optimal supply management, and effective maintenance of medical equipment. Ideal candidates possess strong prioritization and teamwork skills and have a profound understanding of medical supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Unit Aide duties in the Emergency Department
• Maintain, order, and stock medical supplies
• Clean and ensure functionality of medical equipment
• Ensure supplies are ready for continuous patient care
• Undertake related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• High school graduation or equivalent
• CSAO or Sterile Supply Processing certificate is preferred
• Previous hospital experience is preferred
• Ability to work with minimal direction
• Excellent attendance and discipline-free record
