Position: Occupational Therapist for Pediatric Therapy
Easterseals Florida is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy services and empower children with diverse needs. Play a pivotal role in their development.

Join our dynamic team at Easterseals Florida as a Licensed and Registered Occupational Therapist within our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy Programs. This role requires evaluating and treating pediatric clients facing developmental challenges. As a part of a collaborative network, you will enhance children's participation and functional skills across varying settings and with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out comprehensive evaluations for pediatric clients

• Implement and regularly update treatment plans

• Document care progress within required time frames

• Manage caseload effectively and ensure compliance

• Facilitate coordinated care with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current Occupational Therapist License in Florida

• Previous pediatric experience preferred

• Competence in EMR usage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
