Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional assessments and craft intervention plans

• Directly oversee family care with a focus on high-quality results

• Prioritize empathy and quality with a limited caseload

Requirements:

• BCBA Certification required

• Master's degree in ABA or equivalent

• Proven successful care delivery and family satisfaction
