Ideal candidates are Epic-certified with hands-on experience in Patient Access or Revenue Cycle applications. You will engage in implementations, optimizations, and digital transformation initiatives that impact hospitals and health authorities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize patient access workflows including registration and scheduling

• Support enterprise implementations and upgrades for Epic systems

• Design efficient visit types and referral management processes

• Improve billing accuracy and revenue integrity across projects

• Collaborate with operational stakeholders and project teams

Requirements:

• Current Epic certification in Patient Access or Revenue Cycle module

• Hands-on experience with ADT and billing workflows

• Strong understanding of Canadian healthcare operations

• Based in Canada or eligible for local engagements

• Experience with provincial health authorities is preferred
