Become a caregiver with In-Home Assisted Living Inc. in downtown Toronto, providing vital support as a Personal Support Worker (PSW). Deliver compassionate, client-focused care in a private home setting.
Working part-time from 4:30pm to 8:30pm, Monday to Friday, you'll assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care support, light housekeeping, and medication management. Emotional support and companionship are key elements in this rewarding role, as well as managing mobility assistance safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate personal care and grooming for clients
• Provide meal preparation services tailored to client needs
• Maintain cleanliness with light housekeeping duties
• Remind clients of medication schedules
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper aids
Requirements:
• Certification as a Personal Support Worker required
• Preferred CPR/First Aid Certification
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Competent documentation skills for accurate record-keeping
