Position: Contract Instructor Therapist for ABA-Based Child Interventions
Become a Contract Instructor Therapist and provide essential ABA interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Gain flexibility with your schedule while making a difference.

This ongoing part-time role allows you to work directly with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities, utilizing ABA techniques as outlined by a Senior Therapist. Ideal candidates will have six months of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to implement feedback rapidly. Your contributions will help achieve positive outcomes for clients as part of a supportive therapy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized therapy sessions in various settings

• Record and analyze client data thoroughly

• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

• Follow directives from the Senior Therapist promptly

• Adapt input from the RBA as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in therapy roles

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

• Diploma or degree in a related discipline

• Reliable transportation essential

• Strong collaborative approach to team dynamics
