Position: Community Dietitian with VHA Ontario
Become a Community Dietitian with VHA Home Health Care, making impactful dietary recommendations. Support clients in various settings through compassionate care and expertise.

VHA is looking for an experienced Dietitian to evaluate nutritional needs and develop care strategies for adults and children. You will work collaboratively within a diverse team to deliver effective interventions across Ontario’s home care landscape.

Your role allows for flexibility and genuine connections with clients, enhancing their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess dietary requirements during home visits

• Prepare and present educational materials for clients

• Support various nutritional intervention strategies

• Collaborate with care teams for holistic solutions

• Drive continuous improvement in quality of care

Requirements:

• Valid membership with the College of Dietitians of Ontario

• Minimum of 2 years experience in clinical settings

• Access to a vehicle with a valid Driver’s License

• Self-starter, skilled in managing caseloads

• Proficient in handling electronic documentation and providing virtual support
