Position: Registered Dietitian for Geriatric Care
Become a vital part of Unity Health Toronto as a Registered Dietitian in our Geriatric and Medical Rehab unit. Your expertise in nutrition will enhance patient care through tailored nutrition plans and support.

The role involves working collaboratively within an interprofessional team at Providence Healthcare. You will assess individual nutritional needs, formulate care plans, and ensure compliance with care standards. Ongoing education and professional development are emphasized to maintain high-quality patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nutrition care

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members

• Assess and evaluate individual nutritional requirements

• Identify educational needs for patients and families

• Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives

Requirements:

• Licensed with the College of Dietitians of Ontario

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition or equivalent

• Completed an accredited post-graduate internship

• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
