Position: ABA Therapist for Autism Services
Join Monarch House as a Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) to support clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders in the Toronto/North York area. Work with an interdisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes and empower lives.

In this part-time role, you will conduct intensive ABA therapy sessions, collect and graph data, and maintain clear communication with clients and their families. Collaborating with experts, you'll serve clients in both clinic and community settings. Your work will also include attending workshops and contributing to community-based events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct comprehensive ABA therapy sessions

• Collect and graph therapy-related data consistently

• Maintain client binders and daily communication logs

• Collaborate with team members on client progress

• Attend professional development and community events

Requirements:

• Experience delivering ABA services in various settings

• Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening

• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities

• Reliable vehicle for travel within the community

• Strong accountability and teamwork skills
