• Lead onboarding and coaching for clinicians

• Oversee student placements for Michener Chiropody

• Collaborate with the Client Experience Team Lead

• Represent clinical interests in leadership meetings

Requirements:

• Registered Chiropodist/Podiatrist with COCOO

• Proven leadership experience in clinical settings

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to high-performance standards

• Presence in Toronto and Mississauga clinics
