As a Mental Health Therapist, you will perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans that address trauma-related issues. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver therapy based on evidence-based practices while participating in quality improvement and educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed mental health assessments prioritizing safety
• Create intervention plans in partnership with patients and families

Requirements:
• Current registration with a mental health professional college
• Master's degree in a relevant mental health discipline
• At least three years of experience in clinical settings
• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed therapy processes
• Strong skills in communication and patient management
