This permanent part-time role under the Access and Flow Manager focuses on optimizing patient services and addressing capacity challenges across facilities. You'll manage operational issues, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and guarantee systems are in place for safe, efficient patient care during all hours. Your strategic thinking will enhance continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise patient services and flow management

• Resolve operational challenges collaboratively

• Support managers and families in crisis situations

• Implement quality improvement approaches effectively

• Utilize Patient Flow Dashboard and bed utilization software

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant health discipline preferred

• 3-5 years in acute care setting and leadership experience

• Skills in conflict resolution and organization

• Proficient in quality and utilization principles

• Competence in French considered an asset
