Amica Bayview Village is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker, also known as a Resident Care Partner, to provide exceptional care for seniors. In this role, you will engage with residents, support their daily activities, and ensure a personalized care approach. We emphasize growth, learning, and a supportive team environment during your 7:00 am to 3:00 pm shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with residents for personalized care

• Assist with light housekeeping and dining support

• Engage residents in meaningful activities daily

• Provide attentive care to support residents' needs

• Create memorable moments in residents' lives

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized Personal Support Worker program

• Enrollment in nursing program or international nurse certification

• First Aid and CPR certification required

• Ability to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check

• Willingness to learn on-the-job tasks
