Moderna is seeking an experienced regulatory professional to enhance its Canadian operations. In this pivotal role, you'll define regulatory strategies, lead Health Canada submissions, and partner with global teams. Your expertise will be essential in accelerating mRNA medicines and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Canadian regulatory strategies for mRNA therapeutics

• Lead Health Canada submissions from planning to execution

• Provide strategic oversight throughout the submission lifecycle

• Serve as liaison with Health Canada for assigned programs

• Mentor junior staff and enhance regulatory capabilities

Requirements:

• BA/BS in scientific field, advanced degree preferred

• 8+ years in Regulatory Affairs with Canadian experience

• Strong understanding of Canadian regulations and Health Canada processes

• Proven track record in major regulatory submissions

• Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams
