As a Dietary Aide at Chartwell, you will prepare meals for residents, ensure their satisfaction, and assist during catering events. This position values effective communication and empathy towards seniors, focusing on quality service and care within our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals to residents with care
• Monitor resident satisfaction and respond to concerns
• Set up and dismantle catering services as required
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
• Build positive interactions with residents and family members
Requirements:
• Experience in food services or hospitality preferred
• Secondary school education or equivalent
• Food Safe Level 1 Certificate beneficial
• Strong ability to follow instructions in English
• Effective organizational skills under time constraints
