Become a vital part of CAMH's Work, Stress and Health Program in Toronto as an Occupational Therapist. Focus on providing comprehensive assessments and specialized treatments for individuals dealing with workplace-related psychological issues.
In this full-time role, you will engage with clients primarily referred by the Workers Safety Insurance Board. You’ll assess their needs, implement rehabilitation plans, and provide effective therapies for conditions including chronic pain and PTSD. Collaborative work with stakeholders and participation in the program's development will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer tailored assessments and rehabilitation services to clients
• Implement various therapeutic approaches to enhance recovery
• Support clinical workflow and quality assurance processes
• Engage in multidisciplinary training and development activities
• Contribute to diversity and equity in the workplace
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Preferred: three years of relevant professional experience
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in a multicultural client environment
