Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory procedures across multiple disciplines

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment efficiently

• Prepare and document electronic test reports

• Participate in educational and safety improvement programs

• Uphold hospital policies while maintaining confidentiality

Requirements:

• Complete MLT - Cytogenetics/Molecular Genetics program

• Current CMLTO registration required, with specialization

• Clinical laboratory experience in Cytogenetics or Molecular Genetics preferred

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous education
