We hope this opportunity finds you at a meaningful moment in your career.
We're writing to share an opening within our practice — and to invite practitioners who value heartfelt, intentional care to consider building your future alongside us.
At Aches Away Toronto, we’ve spent over fourteen years cultivating something we’re deeply proud of: a space where healing happens through genuine connection, clinical excellence, and unwavering support for both our clients and our team members. Now, we’re looking for Registered Massage Therapists who share this vision to join us in the work we hold so dear.
What This Opportunity OffersIf you’ve been seeking a practice where your growth is celebrated, your autonomy is respected, and your work truly matters — we believe you’ll find that here.
This isn’t a traditional clinic environment. Here, you’ll have the freedom to shape your own schedule, the support of experienced colleagues who genuinely invest in your development, and the foundation of an established client base that allows you to focus on what you do best: transforming lives through skilled, compassionate care.
We offer a 65-70% revenue split to start, with practitioners typically earning $70-80 per hour working 20-28 hours weekly. Our most seasoned therapist has built a practice earning over $100,000 annually while working fewer than 35 hours per week — a testimony to what’s possible when excellent care meets a supportive foundation.
The Work You’ll DoYour days with us will be filled with meaningful work:
Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Performance therapy, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy Massage, and other modalities that bring relief and renewal to people navigating pain, stress, and physical limitation.
But beyond technique, what we value most is the way you approach this work. We seek practitioners who are naturally curious — who ask questions, dig deeper, and never settle for surface-level solutions. We believe in treating root causes, not just symptoms, and in honoring each person’s unique story and needs.
How We Support Your JourneyWe recognize that excellent practitioners are made, not born. That’s why we’ve built a culture of continuous learning and genuine mentorship.
You’ll have access to training courses, educational retreats, clinical mentorship programs, and regular case review sessions where our team collaborates on complex cases. When you encounter a challenging situation, you won’t face it alone. you’ll have experienced colleagues ready to share insights, offer guidance, and celebrate your growth.
This collaborative spirit extends throughout your workday. Between sessions, you’ll find respite in our comfortable staff spaces and well‑equipped kitchen. We’re conveniently located above College Subway Station, small details that honor the physical and logistical realities of your work.
Who Thrives HereWe’re grateful to work alongside practitioners who arrive with open minds and generous spirits. The colleagues who flourish at Aches Away are those who:
- Embrace learning and remain curious about their craft
- Value collaboration and share knowledge freely
- Treat each client with genuine care, respect, and dignity
- Bring integrity, warmth, and positive energy to their work
- Seek to understand the deeper "why" behind each client’s experience
- If these values resonate with you — if you believe, as we do, that healing is both art and science, and that practitioners deserve the same care we extend to our clients — we would be honored to learn more about you.
We understand that choosing where to practice is about far more than compensation or convenience. It’s about finding a place where your values are honored, your potential is nurtured, and your daily work feels meaningful.
We’re excited to welcome practitioners who want to be part of our story for years to come, contributing their unique gifts while knowing they’re genuinely supported in return.
We look forward to the possibility of working alongside you.
