Research MRI Technologist at Holland Bloorview

Elevate pediatric research as a Research MRI Technologist at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Contribute to impactful studies while working in a custom-designed, child-friendly MRI suite.

In this full-time role, you will support the Bloorview Research Institute's mission of transformative, equity-driven research for children and youth. Engage directly with research participants, ensuring a comfortable and educational MRI experience. Collaborate closely with research staff, Principal Investigators, and consultant radiologists to implement innovative MRI protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures per research protocols and safety standards

• Support participant flow within the MRI unit

• Operate and troubleshoot MRI equipment effectively

• Complete image post-processing and PACS-related tasks

• Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Accredited Medical Radiation Technology program completion

• Registration with CMRITO and membership with CAMRT

• Two to three years of clinical and/or research MRI experience preferred

• Pediatric experience considered an asset

• Excellent communication and organization skills
