At Auduzhe, the Dietitian will fill a crucial role supporting Indigenous clients. You will provide individualized nutritional assessments, develop targeted educational materials, and lead health education sessions. Your collaboration with interdisciplinary teams ensures a smooth transition of care for clients dealing with dietary challenges and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess nutritional requirements to aid in health improvements
• Create resources for community dietary education
• Implement and evaluate health sessions for diverse groups
• Facilitate client care regarding diabetes management
• Document assessments and plans accurately and promptly
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Completion of the Canadian Dietetic Registration Exam
• Minimum 2 years of community nutrition experience
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care approaches
• Strong communication skills catering to diverse literacy levels
