Client Engagement Specialist - EHN

Step into a rewarding role with EHN Canada as a Client Engagement Specialist. Lead clients through their journey in mental health and addiction services, combining advocacy with consultative sales.

In this position, you will be the key liaison for individuals and families exploring treatment options at our facilities. Empathy and professionalism are essential as you guide clients through both clinical and financial aspects while maintaining a focus on their needs and goals. You will use your communication skills to establish trust and facilitate informed choices regarding their care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries through various communication channels

• Facilitate needs-based consultations for treatment options

• Clearly articulate EHN programs' clinical benefits

• Support clients with financial discussions and program alignment

• Document client interactions and maintain records

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in client engagement or healthcare coordination

• Strong ability to build rapport and convert inquiries

• Experience discussing financial treatment aspects

• Bachelor’s in Psychology or a related field preferred

• Crisis intervention or deescalation certification is a plus
