Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and explain specimen collection procedures

• Perform phlebotomies, ECGs, and holter monitor adjustments

• Conduct special test collections with proper documentation

• Maintain client relations, responding to inquiries promptly

• Prepare specimens for transportation and testing

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent

• Phlebotomy experience preferred

• ECG training or experience helpful

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
