Become a key member of the Altum Health team in Toronto as a Registered Psychotherapist. Focus on providing group and individual psychotherapy to help clients overcome psychological issues stemming from injuries.

At Altum Health, which operates under the University Health Network, you will engage with clients experiencing workplace injuries and mental health challenges. The role requires delivering personalized therapy through structured treatment regimens and collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments

• Deliver effective psychotherapy solutions for individual clients

• Create and adjust treatment plans based on client progress

• Lead educational sessions based on evidence-based approaches

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in research

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Health or Social Sciences minimum

• A minimum of two years' practical experience

• Registered with the appropriate health professions College

• Experience in trauma and mental health assessments

• Familiarity with telehealth services is preferred
