This fixed-term part-time position involves working closely with children and families under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst. You will implement individualized programs, facilitate assessments, and provide direct interventions. Key experience in data collection and program planning is essential, ensuring effective support for autism services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare teaching materials and environment for sessions
• Review and assess information about clients regularly
• Implement tailored intervention programs and activities
• Monitor client progress using approved data methods
• Collaborate with team members and families to optimize outcomes
Requirements:
• Degree in Behavioural Science Technology or related field
• Two years of experience with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Satisfactory clearance under Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs
