As a valued member of the interdisciplinary consultation team, the Occupational Therapist will engage with clients directly and indirectly to create impactful treatment plans.
Your role will demand strong assessment skills, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining clinical competence.
Experience with sensory processing difficulties and developmental disabilities is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and identify client problem areas
• Establish treatment goals and plans based on assessments
• Provide direct care in accordance with treatment plans
• Evaluate therapy outcomes and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with community service providers and families
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• 2 years’ clinical experience, preferably with children
• Registration with College of Occupational Therapists
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Occupational Therapy frameworks and interventions
