South Riverdale Community Health Centre is seeking a part-time HCV Peer Health Navigator to assist clients diagnosed with hepatitis
C. The role focuses on peer support, navigation to care, and linkage to community resources within a research project in East Toronto.
The position requires lived HCV experience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends across locations in East Toronto. Contract through March 31, 2027, with benefits such as HOOPP and EAP.
