The UCP plays a vital role in our communities, delivering care and medication under the guidance of the Health & Wellness Manager. This position requires a blend of medical knowledge and compassion to enhance the quality of life for residents. Responsibilities include developing care plans and executing individualized treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments as per established standards

• Provide direct care focused on residents’ emotional and physical needs

• Assist residents in daily activities, promoting independence

• Maintain accurate records and reports of care performance

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Previous UCP experience with certification in PSW program

• First Aid Level 1 and CPR certified

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork
