Doctor Care is hiring a Medical Billing Assistant to join the Customer Operations team. As our new Medical Billing Assistant, you will support physicians and Medical Billing Specialists by processing claims, maintaining accurate billing records, and resolving routine billing inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise in Ontario medical billing while developing your career.

This is a role where your attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to build trusted relationships will make a direct impact. You will work with electronic medical records (EMRs), billing systems, and provincial healthcare processes while collaborating with colleagues and customers to resolve questions, identify billing opportunities, and continuously improve how services are delivered. Whether you already have medical billing experience or are eager to build it, you will receive training, coaching, and support from experienced team members as you grow your knowledge of Ontario's healthcare billing landscape.

This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Toronto, with an expectation of working in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
