Join Age Care Trilogy in Scarborough, Ontario as a Personal Support Worker devoted to enhancing residents' quality of life. Assist with individualized care plans in a nurturing environment.
In this part-time, temporary role, you will monitor resident care, document important observations, and participate in educational initiatives. Assisting in onboarding of new staff and adhering to safety protocols will also be part of your responsibilities. Your dedication will foster connections within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor care delivery as per individual care plans
• Report findings to supervisors for improved care
• Document care-related information as instructed
• Attend training workshops and staff meetings
• Support new hires during onboarding
Requirements:
• Certification/Diploma in Personal Support Work
• Understanding of geriatric needs and care techniques
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols in caregiving
• Capability to assist with simple medical treatments
• Desire to work collaboratively in a caring environment
