As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering home care services across Ontario. Your responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities and fostering their independence in a supportive community. Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients with personal care and daily activities
• Plan and prepare meals to meet client needs
• Report changes in client behavior or health
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers
• Conduct light household tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Certified PSW from a recognized program
• Weekend availability or rotational shifts required
• Focus on family and client-centered care
• Effective communication and tech skills needed
• CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage
