Your role will focus on donor screening, telephone consent approaches, and case coordination. You will support families, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and uphold the highest standards of care aligned with TGLN’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical suitability assessments for potential donors

• Engage families via telephone for consent on tissue donation

• Coordinate case management with hospitals and tissue banks

• Support donor families and assist with quality assurance

• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality standards

Requirements:

• Degree in health sciences or equivalent required

• Certification in tissue banking or related fields an asset

• Minimum three years’ experience in organ/tissue donation

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 environment

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
