We are looking for a reliable PSW to cover a long-term Sunday shift from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM for a client located near Avenue Rd & Lawrence in North York
. This is a consistent, long-term opportunity, and we are looking for someone who can commit to every Sunday for a minimum of 6 months
. There is also opportunities to pick up additional shifts with other clients on other days if you’re interested.

• Assist with morning and evening care routines
  .
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands
  .
• Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.
• Follow and update care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting
  .
• Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.

• Personal Support Worker Certificate
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
  .
• Clear Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• Reliable internet access and a mobile phone.
