Day Supports Facilitator DANI

Empower neurodivergent adults as a Day Supports Facilitator tribute to a dynamic program focused on individualized growth and community engagement.

DANI is seeking a passionate Day Supports Facilitator to join its ACE team. This role focuses on person-centered programming and the development of skills and independence for adults with developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with colleagues, implement engaging activities, and support individuals in achieving their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend daily team meetings for program coordination

• Observe and communicate individual needs effectively

• Develop and implement engaging programs for clients

• Supervise community outings to ensure safety and engagement

• Manage a caseload, supporting goal-setting and family communication

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a related field

• Minimum one year of experience with developmental disabilities

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proven teamwork and independent working abilities

• Satisfactory police check and valid driver's license preferred
