Position: Clinical Supervisor at Kerry’s Place
Lead clinical support at Kerry’s Place in Toronto as a Clinical Supervisor. Focus on mentoring and guiding teams for individuals affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder in a rewarding role.

This temporary full-time position requires a Master's Degree and professional registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. You will oversee and mentor clinical therapists while ensuring adherence to quality assurance measures. Conduct behaviour assessments and collaborate with families for individualized support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a clinical team

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and data analysis

• Mentor and manage staff training and development

• Approve programs and monitor interventions

• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in a relevant field

• Registered Behaviour Analyst in good standing

• 5 years of experience in behaviour assessments

• 1 year of staff management experience preferred

• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder treatment models
