Physiotherapist

Position: Physiotherapist at Bayshore HealthCare
Become a Physiotherapist with Bayshore Health Care, a leader in community health services. Provide patient-focused assessment and treatment in various care settings while adhering to professional standards.

As a Physiotherapist, you'll work under the Clinical Manager’s direction, conducting evaluations and developing treatment programs.

Your role includes maintaining accurate clinical records and educating clients and caregivers on treatment strategies. You'll also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients and create customized treatment programs

• Maintain accurate records as per regulatory standards

• Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care

• Guide and monitor Physiotherapy Assistants in their roles

• Educate clients on treatment strategies and progress

Requirements:

• Active registration with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

• Strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle challenging situations consistently

• Commitment to ongoing professional development

• Valid driver’s license and clear criminal background check
