Physiotherapist for Ambulatory Care SJR

In this role, you will provide professional assessments and tailored treatment programs primarily in musculoskeletal care, but also for neurological and complex cases. Your focus will include pain relief, restoring function, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve rehabilitation goals. Active participation in clinical teaching and team activities is also expected, fostering a learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough subjective and objective assessments

• Implement tailored treatment plans with the team

• Manage a diverse patient caseload

• Document therapeutic processes in patient records

• Educate patients and families on treatment

Requirements:

• Accredited physical therapy degree

• Good standing registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

• Minimum of one year related clinical experience

• Outpatient and orthopaedic experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
